You are legally bound to these Terms and Conditions of Use whether or not you have read them. INFORMATION ACCURACY: While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not make any representations or warranties, whether expressed or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics on Practical, By Default for any purpose.

3. COPYRIGHT POLICY: Unless otherwise specified, Jennifer (from Practical, By Default) holds the legal copyright to all written, multimedia, and graphic material on this website. Any use, reprinting, partial modification, or publication of this material requires written consent from Jennifer, and proper attribution to practicalbydefault.com must be included in all copies of any content, including articles and press releases.

4. YOUR PRODUCT OR COURSE USE AND CONSENT: When you purchased our Offering, you were given a reasonable notice that these Terms and Conditions of Use existed. By moving forward with your purchase of the Offering and further access to the Offering, you implicitly agreed and continue to agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as any disclaimers and privacy disclosures contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use.

You agree you are at least 18 years old or of age in your applicable jurisdiction to access the Offering. Access of our Offering and related materials by a minor is a violation of use, and we reserve the right to terminate your access if such an issue is discovered.

All resources are intended for personal use only. While you’re free to utilize them for your own purposes, kindly avoid sharing, distributing, or selling them to uphold the integrity of our product.

Practical By Default assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages arising from the use, reference to, or reliance on any information contained in our materials.

We strive to keep the information provided accurate, complete, and timely, but we cannot guarantee it. If you encounter any broken or misdirected links, feel free to reach out, and we’ll swiftly make the necessary adjustments.

Refund and Returns Policy

All my products are digital. You will not receive a physical product for anything in my store. A digital physical year calendar does not mean a physical product or calendar.

Downloads are INSTANT. When you pay, you will receive an email with a download link INSTANTLY. Depending on your internet connection, the email could be just 30 seconds or so, or a bit longer. The point is it will be soon, not a week later, etc.
The email with the download link will go to the email you used to purchase. For example, if you used your husband’s PayPal, your downloads will go to that email. Please check that email and your spam before emailing me telling me you can’t find it.
Please put my email jennifer@practicalbydefault.com in your address/contact list so that your product does not go to spam and so that you receive your download. You can unintentionally block my link when you don’t do this.

Sometimes no matter what you do, spam filters block an email from me no matter your best intentions. If that happens, please know that you can also create an account on my site to download your products.

SHIPPING POLICY: Currently, all of my products are virtual and downloadable. You will NOT receive a physical product. Ready-made files can be viewed and downloaded once payment is made. My downloads are instant downloads. Your product will be delivered to the email you used for purchasing.

If you do not receive your products soon after you purchase, reach out to me at jennifer@practicalbydefault.com so I can be sure you get them. No matter what we do, the techie powers that be don’t cooperate at times, and again if that happens, contact me.

Payments are accepted through Paypal and Stripe in my store, and after they’re processed, you get access to your virtual products.

REFUND POLICY: Once you’ve been given access to my digital downloads products, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. I do not have physical products. So you’ve already received my products.

If you have joined a coaching program or mastermind, you have 7 days to request a refund. If you are in a membership, you have 15 days to request a refund. Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.

CHARGEBACKS: You agree to make every attempt to file a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all of our bonuses, affiliate bonuses, or other materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase of our Offering. We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

MY GUARANTEE: To treat you like I want to be treated which means I know at times technical problems may cause glitches, so I will do everything possible to make your experience here pleasant. I value your business and value you as a follower. I stand behind my products because they are actual products I use and benefit from too. Though I cannot refund purchases of digital products after you have been given access to them, I will do what I can to be sure you are a pleased customer.

SEVERABILITY: If any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy is deemed unlawful and/or unenforceable, all other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect.
